Mark Hayes has compiled an anthology of "classic gospel songs" in art song style, dedicated to the great 18th, 19th, and early 20th century song writers. This outstanding vocal folio, with piano accompaniment, includes an accompaniment CD with Mark at the piano.
As an award-winning concert pianist, composer and arranger of choral, piano, and orchestral music, Mark is well-known for his unique choral settings in diverse stylings such as gospel, jazz, pop, folk and classical. This collection contains 10 of his favorites for piano solo by six (including Mark) well-respected arrangers.

brilliant arrangers have collaborated on this collection of ten folk-like
melodies by Irish composer, Keith Getty. Mark has contributed two titles to
this collection - "The Power of the Cross" and "In Christ
Alone". Suitable throughout the church year.
This collection is fourth in the "Hymns We Love" series. Six
arrangers have applied their skills to the melodies and rhythms - with a touch
of jazz - of spirituals, so much a part of the American landscape. Mark's
contributions are "Didn't My Lord Deliver Daniel?" and "Give Me
Jesus".
